TOS has been established as a private company in Sudan on 20th Sep. 2004 and registered complete in Sudan under the Companies Ordinance / 1925 on May 1st, 2005, as a private Joint Venture between Ram Energy and GWDC  .


Numbers of TOS shares are 100; 50 Shares for RAM ENERGY and 50 Shares for GWDC.

TOS has started its actual work in Sudan on Dec. 20th 2004.
